At HUSH ™, we begin with you. Our client-focused process starts the moment you contact a HUSH sales specialist. Our approach focuses on one-on-one meetings, consultations designed to determine your desired experience and home, and a no-pressure environment.
From your initial orientation meeting, you will be well-informed on our methodology, focus and benefits. We want to learn about you. Your dreams, expectations and tastes will serve as the foundation of your new home. Our Client Focus and Sales Methodology is designed this way to ensure that you receive only the best.
It is HUSH’s opportunity to learn about you, your family and lifestyle. It gives us an understanding about the needs you have of your home. At HUSH, we do not want our clients to fit into the homes we have designed; rather we work with the clients to design a home that fits their needs. This is the starting point and basis for the next stage of the methodology.
Design Methodology
During the design phase, you are assigned a professional designer and architect to shape the basic interior and exterior of your home. Our professionals are trained to execute our design methodology flawlessly, ensuring that your experience is informative and stress-free.
Next, your one-on-one session with a Green Consultant will enable you to make your home as environmentally sensitive and responsible as you desire. Our consultant will review your HUSH Green Standards and inform you of the green technologies at your disposal.
Further, consultations with your interior designer – such as the assisted visit to supplier showrooms – help you to make educated decisions about the many products and finishes in your home. HUSH designers work with you at the décor centre, helping you select finishes, fixtures, and flooring.
A professional landscape architect is available to create an individual plan for your lot, making suggestions and reviewing changes as your home progresses.
Additional services are also available. Here, we assist you in the next level of your home’s design finishing, including furniture selection and placement, drapes and blinds, accessories, flat wear, and even linen and bed covers.

Construction Methodology
Two concepts are fundamental to our construction methodology: communication and customer involvement. We are committed to educating our homeowners and providing unsurpassed quality and attention to each home built.
At each important stage of construction, we schedule a walk-through with our home buyers. This ensures that our clients are well-informed, connected and can make modifications as the work progresses. Additional walk-throughs may be requested at any time.
Home walk-throughs enable our clients to fully experience the design process. For example, working with our Interior Designer to choose finishes is complimented by the client’s ability to look at the home and see the finishes, the space and the real-life product.
Our approach means no surprises. You’ve seen the house from behind the drywall and have the ability to make changes to the interior as we go. Because of this, your move-in will be smooth and worry-free.
Seeing your home being built during construction and seeing what happens behind the drywall not only provides a great learning experience but is a testament to the our quality of our work.
HUSH will also post pictures and virtual walk-throughs on your HUSH Virtual Concierge™ website. Even from the comfort of your home or place of business, you are able to watch as your dreams come to life.
